What happens after I book online? We start looking for your perfect cleaner as soon as we receive your request. During busy periods, this may take up to 2 weeks however we will keep you informed along the way. You will receive a notification from us once you’ve been matched and your cleaner will be in touch shortly after to schedule your clean.
-
How soon can my cleaner start?Scheduling is completed by your cleaner and yourself. As part of our matching process, we ensure the cleaner has availability for your cleans and frequency requested.

Do I need to supply anything?Local cleaners generally provide their own vacuum, mop/bucket and cleaning products, however if you prefer your cleaner to use your cleaning products e.g. your preferred eco-friendly cleaning products, cloths, mop or vacuum, please let them know. If you have any unique surfaces or preferences, we recommend providing your own products and discussing this with your cleaner on your initial walk through. Please discuss any health or environmental factors with your cleaner before they start.
